Delivery Taxes and Shipping

Your pack shipment

At IGI-Group, your purchase is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore, we have selected the best shipping methods by well-known couriers to ensure your purchase is delivered efficiently. Listed below is information regarding our tax and shipping methods for your reference.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax in Greece is 23%.

Domestic Orders

We provide you different shipment solutions.

You can Pick Up your order from our Store.

You can ask from us to send your order by Hellenic Post.

You can ask from us to send your order by Courier.

You can ask from us to deliver your order.

IGI-Group ships all - domestic orders based on the price list of the courier you have selected during ordering.

Based on product availability, the lead times for individual orders may fluctuate.

The time it takes from the order date to the ship date will depend on both your products lead time and the shipping option chosen.

To ensure proper delivery of your order, IGI-Group will ship via a traceable method using UPS Courier, or Hellenic Post depending on the order size and the "Ship To" address.

IGI-Group cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address on all orders.

Order Confirmation

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are usually shipped via UPS Courier with tracking and on hand delivery with required signature.

Also you can also ask for any other Courier company such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, but you MUST do the arrangements for pick-up and delivery.

Also in this case you have to arrange the Courier payments too!

International Orders

International orders are shipped in the most efficient manner to ensure a timely delivery. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside Greece, please expect a delivery time of 10 to 20 business days after your order is placed.

International orders cannot be expedited.

IGI-Group is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the package(s), including amounts charged by Customs or a native courier.

IGI-Group ships all international orders based on the price list of the courier you selected during your ordering.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

In case of returns you MUST send the product in its Box and it MUST be well protected!

Order Confirmation before Shipment

After you submit your order, and your payment is approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation from IGI-Group via e-mail. This order confirmation contains:

* Your Order ID Number

* A description of your purchase

* The total amount of your order
