Terms and Conditions for supply to consumers from this website.
All orders placed by a consumer are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully and keep a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions and the display of products on our website do not constitute an offer and no contract is made until we have processed your order. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by the purchaser to buy subject to these terms and conditions
1. Price
The price of an item is the price displayed on the web site. However, we reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
2. We try and ensure that all our prices are accurate.
However, occasionally items are mispriced. Where an item’s correct price is lower than the stated price we will charge the lower amount and dispatch the order in the usual way. Where an item’s correct price is higher than the stated price we will contact you to let you know the correct price and give you the opportunity of cancelling the order before dispatching the goods.
3. Payment
Payment can be made by any Visa or MasterCard credit card, debit cards or using a verified PayPal account. Your order details will be encrypted to ensure secure transfer of data. However, other than where we have been negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
4. Debiting your account
The Price of each item ordered plus the delivery charge will be debited from your account after your offer has been accepted before your order is dispatched.
5. Availability
Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. No contract is made until we have confirmed that the product you have chosen is in stock.
6. Unfulfilled orders
If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason we will make every effort to offer you an alternative and a full refund will be given where payment has already been debited from your account.
7. Delivery
The delivery charge for each order is displayed on the website and goods will be delivered as set out in the order confirmation. Upon delivery the Buyer is responsible for the goods and the Buyer should count the amount of boxes being delivered and check and sign the courier paperwork accordingly. Upon delivery the buyer should examine the goods and inform IGI-Group within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to goods or missing items. The maximum period for acceptance of claim for damaged or missing goods is 48 hours as IGI-Group will have no claim on its insurers.
8. Delivery period
Dispatch and delivery dates are estimated and calculated on working days being Monday to Friday. Delivery dates are estimated as being no less than 7 days after the scheduled order date and no more than 30 days after the date of payment. IGI-Group will use its best endeavors to keep the buyer notified of dispatch date. The delivery will be by third party courier and IGI-Group cannot enter any guarantees on the couriers’ behalf on delivery times or date however IGI-Group has carefully chosen the courier for its level of service. IGI-Group reserves the right to deliver by installments, within the previously mentioned delivery times, but will not charge the buyer any additional delivery charge from those quoted on the order confirmation. IGI-Group will only deliver to the billing address not an alternative. IGI-Group will only deliver Monday to Friday.
9. Delay
Other than where we have notified you of a delay in delivery, please notify us if your products are not delivered within 30 days from the date of your order.

11. Product Guarantee
Your Product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year following the date of delivery to you under the manufacturers and IGI-Group non-transferable Standard Product Guarantee. During this period we will repair or replace the product except where the fault has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Warranty
This end-user 12 Month warranty ("Warranty") is extended by IGI-Group (“IGI-Group”) to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the IGI-Group product ("Product") accompanied by this Warranty and is not transferable.
Please retain all original packaging to allow safe shipping of your products. In the event of a warranty claim where replacement packaging is required, this will be chargeable.
What is Covered
IGI-Group warrants the Product against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period listed below ("Warranty Period"), beginning from the date of original purchase by Purchaser. If the Product becomes defective during the Warranty Period, IGI-Group will, at its option and without charge, repair or replace the Product with a product with the same or functionally equivalent model. Postage, insurance and shipping costs incurred in returning your product to IGI-Group or its Authorized Repair Centers for warranty service are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. IGI-Group is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product until it is received by IGI-Group or its Authorized Repair Centers or for any accessories or missing parts.
A product returned for warranty service must be shipped complete (except for any manuals and paperwork bundled with the product) in its original packing material or equivalent so as not to be damaged while in transit.
IGI-Group or its Authorized Repair Centers warranty obligations only arise upon receipt of the defective product at its designated Repair Centers.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, neglect, alterations, service or repair by other than IGI-Group, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Upgrade Purchase Terms Warranty upgrade purchases are only available during the first 30 days after the date of purchase of your Product. Upgrades after this period will not be accepted.
All Warranty upgrades are non-refundable and non transferable. Warranty cover which includes Accidental Damage cover are subject to a € 50 excess charge in the event of an in-warranty claim.
Disclaimer and Limitations
THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT FOR THE PRODUCT AND THE SOFTWARE IS IN LIEU OF ALL CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THE PART OF IGI-GROUP, ITS SUPPLIERS OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTERS. ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED ARE LIMITED TO THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN. IGI-GROUP WARRANTS THAT THE HARDWARE PRODUCT, PURCHASED FROM IGI-GROUP OR FROM AN AUTHORIZED IGI-GROUP RESELLER BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, IS FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE. IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. IGI-GROUP, ITS SUPPLIERS AND ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, WHETHER SUCH ALLEGED DAMAGES ARE BASED IN WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY, BUT EXCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY), CONTRACT, OR INDEMNITY. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
12. Repairing Goods
If we agree to repair any Goods after the expiry of the 12 month Standard Product Guarantee period from delivery we may charge you for this. We guarantee that any IGI-Group products that we repair after the expiry of that period shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three months following the date of their return to you.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights.
14. Returns Policy
14.1. We offer a refund on all our ‘standard goods’ By ‘standard goods’ we mean all the goods that we sell other than those which are configured to your specification or are clearly personalized to you.
14.2. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any of our standard goods simply return the item in its original and unused condition in original packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or offer you a refund of the price together with the delivery charges in respect of us sending the standard goods to you. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
14.3. No goods can be returned without a returns number from our Customer Services Department before any standard goods are returned (this can be obtained by calling the telephone number set out at condition 10 above).
14.4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning standard goods to us and for any costs or losses which we might incur if the returned standard goods are damaged in transit on their way back to us due to their not being packed properly by you. Because of this, for your protection, we recommend that you either personally deliver the goods to us or use a reputable courier service. Software will only be refunded if the seal is not broken.
14.5. Opened or registered software will not be accepted for refund.
14.6. Distance Selling Regulations 2000: Apply to Consumer Buyers who have purchased goods by distance communication (i.e. telephone, order form or online.) They do not apply to Business Buyers or Consumers purchasing from Showrooms. The regulations do not apply to goods built to the Buyers Specification where the finished product is a no standard item and for advice please contact your local Trading Standards Department. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the head office of IGI-Group and the written confirmation will become effective on the post dated letter. The Buyer may cancel the order, from the date of ordering and before, but excluding; the day of dispatch of the order, without any charges and the Seller will refund the Buyer in full by the original method of payment. The Buyer may cancel the order, when it has been manufactured and dispatched and up to seven working days after delivery The Buyer has duty of care, under the regulations, to take care of the goods so they can be sold again as new, by the Seller. The Seller will claim, from the Buyer, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so they may not be sold as new. The Buyer must make the goods freely available at the original delivery address, to the Seller or agent, within 21 days of cancellation, for collection on a working day. The regulations do not apply to unsealed licensed software. The Seller will refund, less appropriate deductions, to the Buyer, within 30 days of written notice of cancellation, by the original method of payment. The Seller will deduct from any refunds the direct charges incurred by the Seller of Transit Collection and Delivery Charges. Pick up and Collection charge being € 50.
15. Law and Jurisdiction
This contract will be governed by the Greek laws and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
16. Definition of Product Grades
New - Brand New Stock
Ex-Demonstration - This is stock that has been on display, either powered or not powered, in a shop, store, and exhibition or other display scenario. Ex-demo stock comes with the standard IGI-Group 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. This grade of stock is likely to be found in a condition corresponding to display circumstances: the unit may have minor hairline scratches and minor signs of usage etc. Ex-demo units will be re-worked by IGI-Group Repair Center to achieve as close to an as-new look as possible.
B-Grade - This is stock that has been returned and re-manufactured. B-Grade stock comes with the standard IGI-Group 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. This grade of stock is likely to be found in a condition corresponding to customer use: the unit may have scratches and signs of usage etc. B-Grade units will be re-worked by IGI-Group Repair Center to achieve as close to an as-new look as possible.
